Chiropractic uses a combination of evidence-informed treatments predicated on the specific needs of the individual patient. After taking a complete history and diagnosing a patient we can work together to develop a comprehensive treatment/management plan, recommend therapeutic exercise, other non-invasive therapies, and provide dietary and lifestyle counselling

Dr. Steph’s goal is to empower you to be the best version of yourself. She strives to ensure that your body is working in a way that helps you live your life on your terms, without the need for prolonged treatment and disruption to your day.

Dr. Steph received her Bachelor of Kinesiology and Recreation Management from the University of Manitoba before receiving her Doctor of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose, California. There, she studied a variety of chiropractic techniques and manual therapy.

Dr. Steph’s treatment philosophy has an evidence-based, multidisciplinary and integrated approach, rooted in maximizing patient outcomes and satisfaction. She focuses on using manual manipulation, active rehabilitation, kinesiology taping and a variety of soft tissue techniques (Instrument assisted, manual release and cupping).

Dr. Steph’s life-long passion for athletics and her own sports-related injuries has led to her empathetic and results-oriented approach to patient care. Prior to beginning chiropractic school, she played a number of competitive sports, including varsity basketball with the University of Manitoba.

When she is not treating patients, Dr. Steph teaches anatomy, physiology and neurology at Vancouver-area institutions. In her spare time you can find her traveling, playing golf and spending time with family and friends (including her goldendoodle, Bugsy!).
